If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7 day replacement product/s policy only from the date of product/s received. You are able to request a replacement (given stock availability & subject to business owner approval) by contacting us.
We do not accept returns for incorrect choices or a change of mind.
We only offer a full product refund for any goods that have any major faults/defects.
Items returned must be unused & in the same condition as received. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return postage costs. Replacements given will be for the cost of the item(s) not including the postage paid when sent.
This replacement policy does not apply to product/s which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post, provide a tracking number & that you pre pay for all postage costs.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipping insurance with your postal carrier. Health & Happiness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
